How can I register for Yoga, Qi Gong classes?

For online sessions Yoga, Qi Gong:

• Step 2. Instructor will contact to you to discuss a schedule.
• Step 3. Fill out the waiver and make the payment.
• Step 4. Enjoy your practice!

How can I register for the retreat?

• Step 1. Fill out and send the completed contact form.
• Step 2. We will send you a “Yoga Qi Gong Retreat Agreement”( Client Service Agreement)
• Step 3. Sign up the “Yoga Qi Gong Retreat Agreement”( Client Service Agreement),
• Fill out the Waiver and make a deposit. A reservation requires a deposit of  50% of the full price. The deposit is non-refundable.
• Step 4. Full payment must be completed  one month before the first day of retreat.
• Step 5. Enjoy your retreat!

What should I expect from online Yoga , Qi Gong classes?

• Classes are held online
• Instructor and the student are connected via video communication using a computer, tablet or smartphone, through WhatsApp, Viber, Zoom Messenger, Skype, Facebook ect.
•  Instructor demonstrates the poses, corrects the technique and alignments.

Is it safe to do Yoga, Qi Gong online?

• In the Waiver the student indicates the presence / absence of injuries, chronic conditions and other factors that complicate the training.
•  Instructors customize  a sequences and their intensity based on student’s health condition.

I have never practiced before, is it possible to practice Yoga, Qi Gong without the prior experience?

• Yes. Instructors will customize a sequence and intensity of class based on students experience and health conditions.
• Instructors will  explain  the poses, alignments. You will learn how to connect the breath to the movement. Instructors will  demonstrate all poses during the sequences.

Can I buy the classes as a gift?

• Yes, you can purchase the classes  as a gift.

Cancellations require a 24 hours notice before the class takes place. Full payment non-refundable if you cancel lesson with less then 24 hours notice. Cancellation of the class prior to 24 hours before the class takes place will be refunded or rescheduled.
