Qi Gong

Qi Gong (pronunciations Chi Gong) is an ancient exercise system designed to bring more energy and health. Qi means- energy. Gong means- skills to work with your own energy that runs through the body by 12 energy channels. Practicing Qi Gong, you will learn to restore health, preserve and accumulate strength and vitality.
Qi Gong - Beginner Level



Qi Gong, beginners level. You learn gently stretching and toning every muscle in your body using Flow Movements. You practice the synchronization of Flow movements and breath-work. You will practice the famous Qi Gong Sets: ‘ Eight Pieces of Brocade” and ” 16 Steps of Shibashi”.
Qi Gong - Intermediate level



Qi Gong, Intermediate level. You practice ‘ The 5 Animals” and Standing Meditation Zhan Zhuag. ” The 5 Animais” are tiger, deer, bear, monkey and bird. There are two movements per animal to practice. Each movement helps unblock the meridian channels in the body and loosen areas of contraction and tension. Standing Meditation Zhan Zhuag ( pronounced Jam Jong) increases vitality, internal strength as well as overall body power.
Qi Gong - Advanced Level



Qi Gong for advanced level. You learn ” Muscle Tendon Change”. The essentials of the advanced practice called ” Bone Marrow” also be covered.
Acupressure



Acupressure is an ancient healing art that uses the fingers to press key points on the surface of the skin to stimulate the body’s natural self-curative abilities. When these points are pressed, they release muscular tension and promote the circulation of blood and the body’s life force to aid healing. Examples:
- Outer Arm Bone – relieves aching in the arm, shoulder tension, and stiff necks
- Spirit Gate – relieves insomnia due to overexcitement, relieves anxiety and regulates the heart rate
- Lao Gong point – increases the blood circulation, relieves anxiety, harmonizing the mind and spirit after trauma
