Our retreat is a combination of proven ancient practices of Yoga and Qi Gong. The retreat takes place in a beautiful place in Arizona, which is famous for its powerful energy. This retreat is suitable for both beginners and professionals. Yoga, Qi Gong and Nature help you to come back to balance on physical, emotional and spiritual levels (renew, re-invent, re-charge yourself). - Arrival at Phoenix Airport between 10.00am and 12pm.
- Transfer from Airport to Hotel. As option to rent your own car, arrive in retreat location around 2 pm.
- Check in at 3 pm.
- Dinner out (reserved and paid) at 5 pm.
- Welcome at 7 pm.
