Yoga For Beginners





Yoga for beginners. Vinyasa Flow for beginner is designed to learn the foundation of yoga postures , Ujjayi breathing technique, and Connection the movement to the breath. New poses may be introduced from time to time, but kept in a Basic format.
Intermediate Yoga








Intermediate Yoga. These sequences are designed for students who built the foundation of knowledge and familiar with basic sequences, who wants to enjoy the new poses, new opportunities in this journey of Yoga.
Advanced Yoga









Yoga for advanced level. These sequences are designed to prepare your body to get advanced poses such as Arm Balances poses, Inversion poses to find strength and stability in your body and enjoy this place where you are right now!
Sculpt Yoga






Sculpt Yoga. Through the fundamentals of a Vinyasa, this class is designed to increase core, tone, gain muscle strength and flexibility. With the use of free- weights, timed movements, repetitions, this sequence is encompassing, total body workout- powerful and high- intensity!
Face Yoga







Face Yoga is a natural way of looking and feeling younger and healthier with an added sense of relaxation and wellbeing. It is a combination of face exercises, face massage(different styles), face acupressure and face muscles relaxation.

I teach different styles such as Vinyasa for beginners and advanced, Sculpt (dumbbell) Yoga, hot Yoga, Yoga for kids, gentle Yoga (chair Yoga), Integral Yoga, and Restorative Yoga.
